The Salem College Center for Women in Science and Mathematics
The Salem College Center for Women in Science and Mathematics positions Salem students to successfully enter the field of mathematics or science. The program includes a seminar series, guest lecturers, trips to professional conferences, study abroad opportunities, research internships, independent lab work, and the biannual Women in Science Exchange (WISE) Conference. Graduates are accepted into some of the finest medical schools and graduate programs in the nation. Recent graduates have entered such fields as medicine, neuroscience, chemistry, pharmacology, and nursing, among others.

The Salem College Center for Women in Business provides a unique opportunity for students who are interested in business careers to collaborate and learn from community business leaders. The program provides mentorship and internship opportunities for students to work with successful and knowledgeable local business role models.
