The ALA Leadership Team is comprised of dedicated professionals who have years of experience with English language instruction, program development, and business management. The Leadership Team ensures that ALA courses provide the highest quality content using the most up-to-date innovations in language teaching methodology. They also help maintain ALA's CEA accredidation.

Administrative & Accounting
The Administrative/HR Department manages employment and internship information. The Administrative/HR Department helps to ensure that the company has a strong workforce. The Accounting Department manages payments to the school and payments to ALA vendors. The Accounting Department helps ensure a solid financial foundation for the company.
The Information Technology department advances the mission of ALA by ensuring reliable core systems and network infrastructure, excellent technology support, information security, and promoting and assisting technology integration into the curriculum and business processes.
The Marketing and Communications team manages the strategic communications and overall awareness of American Language Academy across the U.S. and around the globe. Our mission is to uphold and strengthen ALA’s reputation, image and values in all forms of media and promotions.

apply to universities and plan student activities. They are here to listen and help you with any issues
