The following are application instructions for Prospective Students, Transfer Students, and Current Students.

A). Prospective Students

 

Instructions to Apply:

 

- Step 1: Simply fill out the Application Form and submit to ALA.

   Download: Application Form.pdf or Application Form.docx

 

- Step 2: Fill out the Enrollment Agreement Form.

 

- Step 3: Pay the $300 non-refundable application fee. This fee includes:

  • $200 regular application fee

  • $100 -$150 mailing and administrative fee

  • The online payment vendor will charge a processing fee of
    3.9%+$0.30+currency exchange rate. 

 

Once your payment is authorized, an email confirmation will be sent to
your email address, as it is listed on your application.

 

- Step 4: Submit the required documents:

  • A copy of your passport

  • Financial documents to prove sufficient support

  • Your Affidavit of Support Form if the bank statement is not under your name

  • A transcript from a former school or university

      (All of these documents should be translated into English.)

 

- Step 5: If a student meets all of our admission requirements, ALA will issue the acceptance letter and I-20. Those original documents and the pre-arrival package
will be mailed to students within 10 (ten) business days.

 

- Step 6: New students should email ALA Admissions when they receive their visa.

 

- Step 7: New student must confirm your arrival date with ALA Admissions or your
seat is not guaranteed. 

B) Current Students

 

Instructions to Re-enroll:

- Step 1: Fill out the Enrollment Agreement Form.

 

- Step 2: Pay your Tuition Fees.

 

Step 3: Current students must pay their tuition prior to the start date of the next
session or your seat is not guaranteed. 

C) Transfer-In Students

 

Application Instructions:

- Step 1: Fill out the Application, Transfer-In Form and Transfer-In Clearance Form.

 

- Step 2: Fill out the Student Enrollment Agreement Form.

 

- Step 3: Pay the $300 non-refundable application fee. This fee includes

  • $200 regular application fee*

  • $100 -$150 mailing fee

- Step 4: Submit the required documents:

  • Your current I-20

  • A copy of your passportA photo ID (2”’x 2” passport)

  • Financial documents to prove sufficient support

  • Your Affidavit of Support Form (I-134).

  • A transcript from a former school or university

 (All of these documents should be translated into English.)

 

- Step 5: If a student meets all of our admission requirements, ALA will issue
and send the student the acceptance letter. Student will use this letter to request
the current school to transfer out his/her SEVIS record. Once the current school
finished the transfers out, then ALA will complete the Transfer – In, and issue I-20
Those original documents and the pre-arrival package will be mailed to students
within 10 (ten) business days.
